Step-by-Step Ordering Instructions
- Shop
the site for the product you want.
- Click
on "product name" if you need more detailed information
on the product.
- Select
the item by clicking on the associated “Buy”
button.
- Update
the quantity by entering the desired amount in the box labeled
Qty. and clicking the "Update your quantities" link.
- If
you need to Start over, click the "Clear Your Cart"
button.
- To Check Out,
click "Check Out" button to start processing your
shopping cart items.
- Enter
your information in the Check Out screens.
- Once your information
has been processed, you will receive an email donfirmation of your order.
Your
Receipt
Upon shipment
of your order, you will receive a packing slip with your product.
A statement containing your order information and payment confirmation
will be mailed to your billing address within 5 business days
of your shipment.
Product
Availability
We will
do everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible.
When you place an order, we will send you an email confirming
our receipt of your order. If the item is out of stock, another
email will be sent advising you of the order status and whether
or not it is available for backorder. At this time, you can
choose to cancel your order or leave the item on backorder.
Your credit card will not be charged until the item ships.
Once the item ships, a shipment confirmation email will be
sent to you.
Delivery
Information
Orders
that are in stock will generally be processed and shipped within 24 - 48 hours (Monday thru Friday), providing
all Credit Card information is valid. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following
business day.
International Orders
At this
time, Perle eStore is able to process orders for delivery
in the United States. To purchase in other countries Contact Us.
Shipping and Handling Information
Perle
eStore offers shipping from UPS, Express and Ground shipments.
Orders that are in stock will usually ship 24 hours (Monday thru Friday) after receipt
of order. Orders placed after noon on Friday or on weekends will be processed the following business day.
To calculate
your shipping and handling charge, enter your ZIP code in
the shopping cart, click on the “Calculate Shipping”
for the total shipping and handling charge of your order.
NOTE:
* If your shipping information differs from your bill to information,
your order may be delayed for verification. Due to shipper
restrictions, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, U.S.
Territories or international addresses.
* Please note that we do not offer Saturday, Sunday, or holiday
shipping/delivery.
Canceling
An Order
Orders
for in stock items are sent to our warehouse for shipping
immediately after you place the order, therefore, in stock
items cannot be canceled once the order has been placed.
To request
cancellation of backordered items, please email SOP@perle.com
or call us at 1-800-GO-PERLE In the email request, please
provide your Order ID and the Item Number(s) to be canceled.
If, for some reason, we are unable to cancel your order, you
will be notified via email within one business day.
Returns
Perle
eStore will accept returns of purchased items within 30 days
of the date of shipment with the exception of opened software
products.
Perle
eStore does not issue credit for costs incurred in shipping
a returned item.
To request
a return, send an email to SOP@perle.com with the subject
of “Request for RMA”.
Perle eStore must receive the returned item within 30 days
after an RMA number has been issued. An assigned RMA number
is valid for 30 days only and will expire on the 31st day
after the date of issuance, at which time any returned products
will be refused.
Items
should be returned in as-new condition, disassembled, in original
packaging with the packing slip, all warranty cards, UPC tags,
manuals and accessories in the original shipping carton or
similar packaging. Failure to return all original merchandise
with accompanying accessories and materials will result in
the product being returned without credit and at the expense
of the customer.
Refusal
Policy
* Shipped
items that are either refused by the customer or in the event
continual delivery attempts fail, will be returned to Perle
eStore and credited for the product cost and tax, less shipping
and handling. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for a credit to be
issued. It is the customer's responsibility to make immediate
and adequate arrangements with the shipping company to accept
a shipment in the event of a failed delivery.
Instructions
for Returns
To return
a product please follow these simple steps:
- Request
a Return
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number may be obtained
by contacting SOP@perle.com with the subject of “Request
for RMA”.
- Write
Your RMA Number on Your Return
Once you have received your Return Authorization form with your RMA number and the return address to send the product, please write it
clearly on the outside of the package to be returned. All
products must be returned in the original manufacturer packaging.
If your product was shipped in a standard carton, please
be sure to return using the same or similar packaging. When
using the original carton, please ensure that previous shipping
labels or other markings have been removed or covered completely.
- Ship
the Product Back to Us
We advise that you ship the product back to us via UPS or
FedEx to ensure proper delivery. Perle eStore will not be
responsible for items lost in transit to our center or without
a Proof of Delivery signature. It is the customer's responsibility
to retain a copy of the return tracking number in the event
of a 'lost' shipment until a credit has been issued or a
replacement product has been shipped.
- Receive
Your Refund or Replacement
Once the return is received, please allow 7-10 business
days for the credit to appear on your account. Credit will
be issued to the payment method or credit card used for
your original purchase only.
